Edward (Eddie) Tuckerman was introduced to the performing arts at a young age, from primary school musicals to being on Fox studios sets for different projects directed by Baz Luhrmann & Jeffrey Walker - his love for the industry exponentially grew all the way through high school.

Eventually, after graduating from Newington College with distinctions for his individual and group performances in HSC drama & music, he decided to leave his friends & family in Sydney to move to North Wollongong where he pursued his dream to become an actor, and found his second passion - Surfing.

Eddie studied a Bachelor of Performance at The University of Wollongong (2017-2020) where he was trained in the disciplines of Acting, Singing, Movement & Voice, as well as studying performance theory and film class. Eddie also landed lead parts in numerous theatrical productions during this time such as ‘The Lower Depths’ (Directed by Tim Maddok), ‘The Weather Monster’ (Directed by Linda Luke), ‘The Doorway to all of your hopes and dreams’ (Directed by Linda Luke) and ‘D.O.A’ (Directed by Mark Rogers).
